Did you know that Duvets are the perfect place for Bed Bugs and Dust Mites to live. A double Duvet can be alive with as many as 30,000 of them. Allergens produced by Dust Mites can often cause allergic reactions and in some people cause asthma attacks and respiratory illness. Bacteria can infect lesions on your skin and can cause conjunctivitis. A recent study revealed that 70% of Duvet owners admit to never washing their Duvets.
Experts recommend that Duvets should be cleaned at least every six months and 3 months for children’s Duvets in an effective process to ensure the removal of allergens that are present. Mr Duvets process will ensure your Duvets are sterilised and refreshed.
In homes where there are dogs and cats Duvets can very often be contaminated with dog and cat dander which is saliva and skin cells, these are common allergens and Mr Duvet’s process will eradicate any dander present.
How the Mr Duvet service works:
Phone our freephone number and one of our operators will arrange a pick up from you, from your home or workplace, the operator will also arrange the delivery back to where you select.
We will wash, dry and fold your duvet using Persil non-bio powder and deliver back to you in our special free duvet white bag ideal to store your duvets in.
How the Big Bag Washing process works:
Step 1 - Bag
Fill your FREE numbered washing bag with your personal washing (we supply the bag on first use of our services), please ensure all pockets are emptied and all items are can be washed and dried together prior to collection as we cannot be held responsible for missing items and colour runs. Zip the bag up and your ready for....
Step 2 - Collection
Call us to book a collection time and day to suit you and wait for our driver to call. We can pick up or deliver to your place of work, home or any other location, just ask our friendly operators.
Step 3 - Clean
We will process your laundry using Persil non-bio powder. If this is unsuitable, we will be happy to use a product you supply. We will then wash, dry and fold all your laundry and place them back into your unique numbered bag. Your laundry will be processed in a single washer and drier, so will NEVER be mixed with any other washing.
Step 4 - Deliver
We will then deliver your laundry at the time and place arranged. Your items will be washed, dried and folded, ready for you.
Step 5 - Ironing
We do not offer an ironing service but alot of our customers tell us that most of their washing is folded so well that it does not need ironing - Try us and see!
